چکیده
The rural land use preferences of multiple agents are crucial for optimizing land-use allocation. Taking Guanlin Town, Yixing City, China as an example, this study analyzed the factors by effecting conversion probability, identified objectives and constraints within optimization allocation, simulated optimal allocation 2030 combining MAS with MOPSO procedure. results showed that decisions main actors effected Government determined between types. entrepreneurs resulted in distribution industrial land. Town residents made a high contribution to configuration town residential considering some factors. Rural families influenced quality cultivated soils, spatial location aquaculture systems. Four were identified. most relevant upper lower limits each type. types 2015 had low intensification unreasonable structure. modeling indicated tendency concentrated distributions present can provide useful support decision-making planning consequent management.

متن کاملSustainable Urban Land Use Allocation With Spatial Optimization
Sustainable urban form has been recognized as one of the major concerns of the planning practice. Current land use pattern trends with low-density, single-use, and leapfroging urban growth on city outskirts call for more efficient land use development strategies balancing economy, environmental protection, and social equity. In this paper, we present a new multiobjective spatial optimization mo...
متن کاملFactors Influencing Unsustainable Intraurban Land-Use Change: Case of Tehran City
Intraurban land-use change and factors affecting it are critical subjects in land-use planning. If unplanned, such changes can reduce the quality of life and spatial justice and ultimately lead to urban unsustainability. This paper aims to identify factors influencing unsustainable land-use change and analyze the intensity of such changes based on those factors. The artificial neural network an...
متن کاملUrban Land-Use Allocation By A Cell-based Multi-Objective Optimization Algorithm
Allocating urban land-uses to land-units with regard to different criteria and constraints is considered as a spatial multi-objective problem. Generating various urban land-use layouts with respect to defined objectives for urban land-use allocation can support urban planners in confirming appropriate layouts. Hence, in this research, a multi-objective optimization algorithm based on grid is pr...
